class=\"baboo\">\u3000\u3000\u71b1\u8072\u6548\u61c9\uff0c\u662f\u5f80\u5fa9\u632f\u52d5\u6c23\u9ad4\u4ecb\u8cea\u8207\u6d41\u9053\u56fa\u9ad4\u58c1\u4e4b\u9593\u76f8\u4e92\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u6240\u5f62\u6210\u4e4b\u73fe\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"baboo\">\u3000\u3000\u7576\u8072\u6ce2\u50b3\u905e\u65bc\u6709\u4e00\u5287\u70c8\u8ef8\u5411\u6eab\u5ea6\u68af\u5ea6\u4e4b\u5145\u5206\u5fae\u5c0f\u6d41\u9053\u4e2d\u6642\uff0c\u56e0\u6c23\u584a(gas parcel)\u5728\u5f80\u5fa9\u632f\u52d5\u4e2d\u8207\u56fa\u9ad4\u58c1\u76f8\u4e92\u50b3\u71b1\u4e14\u7d93\u6b77\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u81a8\u8139\u3001\u6536\u7e2e\u8207\u5438\u3001\u653e\u71b1\u7b49\u71b1\u529b\u5b78\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6709\u71b1\u80fd\u8207\u8072\u529f\u4e4b\u9593\u80fd\u91cf\u8f49\u63db\u3002\u71b1\u8072\u6548\u61c9\u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u70ba\u71b1\u6a5f\u3001\u71b1\u6cf5\u3001\u51b7\u51cd\u6a5f\u7b49\u80fd\u91cf\u8f49\u63db\u88dd\u7f6e\u3002\u71b1\u8072\u5f15\u64ce\u70ba\u5916\u71c3\u6a5f\uff0c\u4e0d\u9650\u71b1\u6e90\u7a2e\u985e\uff0c\u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u751f\u8cea\u71c3\u6599\u6216\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u7b49\u6f54\u6de8\u80fd\u6e90\uff1b\u4f5c\u529f\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e43\u8072\u6ce2\uff0c\u6545\u6975\u5c11\u53ef\u52d5\u90e8\u4ef6\uff0c\u6709\u6210\u672c\u8207\u8010\u4e45\u512a\u52e2\uff1b\u4ee5\u6c26\u3001\u6c2c\u6c23\u70ba\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u9ad4\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u70ba\u51b7\u51cd\u6a5f\u7121\u9700\u50b3\u7d71\u51b7\u5a92\u3002\u6545\u71b1\u8072\u79d1\u6280\u70ba\u4e00\u6975\u5177\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u4e4b\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u5584\u80fd\u6e90\u6280\u8853\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
